The purpose of this study was to examine the application of the power learning outcomes smash and to see the improvement of the teaching and learning process by systematically observing the movement or subject matter and seeing the improvement of students' skills in practicing the basic smash volleyballprovide convenience for students and teachers in carrying out the volleyball teaching and learning process. The research method used is theClassroom Action Researchmethod with qualitative and quantitative data collection. This research was conducted in two cycles and in the first cycle the students increased quite a bit according to the lesson plan, the result was 12 students completed, 8 students did not complete. Based on the results above in the first cycle, students were still not fully enthusiastic in participating in learning the smash volleyballIn accordance with the reflection, the hope of the researcher, in participating in volleyball learning activities there are still some students who do not meet the criteria. So the research must be continued in the second cycle stage. The second cycle the researchers succeeded in improving the learning approach by motivating students according to the condition of the students at that time, the result was 18 active students or complete categories in smash volley ballbased on student learning outcomes in the first cycle 53.00% complete and student learning outcomes in the second cycle is 78% according to complete learning outcomes, namely KKM 75.
